Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL) today announced the retirement of Ms Chris Hill as Chief Legal Officer and the appointment of Ms Anne Tucker to the role. Ms Tucker’s appointment is effective immediately. She will report directly to Aristocrat CEO & Managing Director, Trevor Croker and will also continue in her capacity as ALL’s Company Secretary. Ms Tucker will begin the process to relocate from Sydney to the company’s offices in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ms Tucker comes to the role with more than 20-years’ legal and governance experience, including most recently as Aristocrat’s Deputy Chief Legal Officer, with particular accountability for Group, M&A, Sustainability and Company Secretariat. Prior to joining Aristocrat, Ms Tucker held senior global legal and company secretary roles at Corporate Travel Management, Tatts Group and UNiTAB Limited.
Mr Croker said “Chris has been a valued member of Aristocrat’s executive team since joining in 2020. Chris has transformed the legal function, deepening our capabilities and effectively supporting our business through a period of strong growth and change. Ms Tucker holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance (Governance Institute of Australia) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Queensland University of Technology).
