Aristocrat is proud to celebrate International Women’s Day – a global event to celebrate the incredible achievements of women all over the world and commit to positive action together. This year, the theme for International Women’s Day is ‘Break the Bias’ – a call to action that requires us to step up and call out biases, stereotypes, and inequality.
We continue to strive for gender equality across the business and aim to have equal representation of female and male leaders amongst those identifying with those genders. As we continue to make progress in diversity and inclusion, we have revised our existing targets in line with leading practice.
