Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL) today announced the elevation of its Chief Compliance Officer, Tracey Elkerton, to the company’s Executive Steering Committee (ESC). Ms Elkerton will report directly to Aristocrat CEO, Trevor Croker.
Mr Croker said: “Tracey Elkerton’s appointment to our ESC is another step forward in Aristocrat’s long-standing commitment to excellence in governance and will help further strengthen our compliance culture. Tracey will bring a critical lens to all enterprise deliberations that will help us continue to make the right decisions, in the short and long term best interests of our business and stakeholders.”
